From 2005-2007 Jaime set out for an adventure! She took a job in a small boutique hotel located in Yelapa, Mexico. After many years away from family, it was time to return home to Dubuque, IA. Fifteen years of working with her hands had taken its toll. Jaime started searching for modalities of massage that would not involve so much stress on her own body. In 2015 Jaime traveled to San Antonio, Texas and received a certification in ASHIATSU massage. When she returned home she felt so strongly about the therapeutic benefits of this work that she quit her job and started practicing ASHI full time.

Since 2015 Jaime has been honing her craft in Dubuaue, building a clientele, and educating her community on the benefits of ASHI massage. She combines all of her experience, knowledge and passion to help people come out of pain (hopefully without pills or surgery). Jaime has also completed a course in contemporary cupping methods, becoming a nationally certified cupping therapist. The combination of ASHI massage and cupping is a win-win.

Jaime also teaches weekly yoga classes at B-1 Yoga in Dubuque, as well as a large portion of their Yoga Teacher Training Program, showing others how to share the joys of yoga. Check it out at www.b-1yoga.com
